Multifamily & Commercial Property Expertise
Recent multifamily projects include assisting an investor in financing, purchasing, managing and repositioning three multifamily properties in California. During the repositioning of these multifamily properties Mr. Hernandez was also the onsite project manager for the renovations, engaging contractors and subcontractors as well as working with the city planning and building departments. Previously, Mr. Hernandez purchased, renovated, and repositioned two commercial properties in Oakland, demonstrating his hands-on expertise in adding value to real estate investments.
